I am writing to say how pleased and relieved I am that my itchy scalp is better.
This condition started at least 10 years ago with a flaky scalp and itchy patches. By November last year I was at the end of my
tether with it in the day and I was waking up about 5 times in the night as the itching was so intense. For many years I haven't
been able to wear a dark coloured jumper as it would look unsightly with dandruff on the collar.
On friend's recommendation I came to see you for treatment and received acupuncture and herbs and you advised me to make
changes to my diet.
Thank you for all the time and attention you have given me – I really appreciate being able to have a relaxed talk with you - at the
GP we are lucky to get 10 minutes.
I have seen steady improvements and by early February we both agreed that the skin looked 80% better – what a wonderful relief.
As a test this morning I washed my hair and then put on a black jumper. I spent 10 minutes drying my hair, which in times gone by
would have released clouds of dandruff and now it is clear. I really am very grateful. I feel much better in myself, have lost a little
weight and don’t seem to feel the cold as much as before. Overall a great improvement!
